Yogurt Breakfast Parfait For One



Ingredients:

1 container (175 g) low- fat yogurt (any flavour)
1 bar Nature Valley* Oats 'N' Honey Crunchy Granola Bars, crushed
1/4 cup (50 mL) FIBRE 1* Original cereal
1/2 cup (125 mL) blueberries, sliced strawberries and/or raspberries

Method:

In a tall narrow glass, place 1/3 of the yogurt. Top with 1/3 of the granola bar, 1/3 of the cereal and 1/3 of the fruit. Repeat layers twice.

Tip: This recipe provides several important nutrients: fibre from granola bars and cereal, Vitamin C from fruit and calcium from yogurt. One 175 g container of yogurt is equal to 3/4 cup (175 mL).
