Mozzarella and Tomato



Ingredients:


* 8oz fresh buffalo mozzarella (cut into small pieces)
* 12 oz small fresh cherry tomatoes
* 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
* 1 handful fresh basil leaves
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* salt & pepper
* 5 tsp Dijon mustard

Method:


1. To make the dressing first blend mustard, oil, vinegar and torn up basil together in a large bowl.

2. Add mozzarella and tomatoes, mix very well until cheese and tomatoes coated with dressing. Serve as a starter or with crusty bread.
