Lush Lamb Burger

 
 
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 400g minced lamb
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small onions (finely chopped)
  • 6 drops of worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper

Method:

 
1. In a large bowl mix the onions, minced lamb and Worcestershire sauce together.

2. Divide into 4, then shape to create your burgers.

3. Put olive oil in a medium sized frying pan, once hot enough, add the burgers and cook on each side for approx 7-10 mins or until juices run clear when pierced with a knife.

4. Serve on barmcakes or soft baps with a healthy fresh salad if you fancy.
